Dawson & Associates' latest success, the Ocean Freja purchase

Following a number of successful yacht closings, Dawson & Associates successfully concluded the purchase of a Danish fishing vessel, the Ocean Freja, for a New Zealand commercial fishing client.

With a complex delivery schedule that took the vessel around North Europe, and New Zealand’s new requirements for European exports, this transaction presented a unique set of challenges and nuances.

With a team of experts representing all parties to the transaction, Dawson & Associates were able to leverage their expertise in sale contracts and closing processes to bring the matter to a smooth conclusion.
