M/Y Bella Ava

Dawson & Associates is pleased to have assisted with the acquisition, delivery and Australian registration of M/Y Bella Ava, a newbuild Horizon FD100 motor yacht.

Our involvement included advising on the sale contract and ownership structuring, preparing delivery documentation, and assisting with Australian registration requirements. Working closely with the purchaser's representatives and Horizon Yachts Australia, we helped facilitate the efficient completion of the transaction from construction through to delivery and registration.

The acquisition of a new-build superyacht involves a range of legal, regulatory and practical considerations, particularly where ownership and registration arrangements cross international jurisdictions. Early planning and coordinated advice can play an important role in ensuring a smooth transition from delivery to operation.
